General Questions
There is no cost for the menus or delivery
Once your order is placed and has been checked, your menus will arrive within 3-5 working days
We will check all orders manually and approve before any menus are printed and sent
We will email you a tracking link when your job is dispatched so you can track your order and you can always log into your account to view the status
All the couriers companies we use are fully tracked and need to be signed for. Should something unfortunate happen and the driver calls when you are out, you can simply contact the courier company and quote your tracking number for a re delivery free of charge, you can also request to leave this in a safe place or with a neighbour
You can view all previous orders and saved designs on your account. You can easily re-order these menus or make any changes required before placing your next order
